We Got a House!

Dan and I are so happy and excited to announce we finally bought a house. All the hard work and months of searching paid off and we are so in love with our future home. Built in 1929, the house surely holds tons of stories and memories and we can't wait to create some of our own. Living in Patchogue is going to be great, it's where we wanted to be. Being closer to Dan's family and friends and only 20 minutes from my Grandmother is such a huge bonus.

We should be all moved in by Feb 1st and ready to give our new home a proud new family. With 4 months to spare till our wedding, we think it all worked out perfectly. We still can't believe we are going to be homeowners! We couldn't be more appreciative and thankful for the good things that have come our way.

Can't wait to celebrate with all the people we love.

Minister Booked!

I am happy we are able to check another item off our list. We found the minister for our ceremony and are both happy it's a friend since that is a theme of our wedding. I am very lucky to know someone who is ordained and who is willing to be there on our special day. My friend Daniel Beyfuss will marry Danny and I and it will sure be interesting. What Not to Wear

I find that guests make such a big deal about what to wear to a wedding. It's nice to dress up once in awhile but how many black tie events can a person take? Well, think of our wedding as a comfort zone. Since Danny and I are not huge fans of getting stuck in something that is uncomfortable - like heels that make you want to pull your hair out! - we've decided to let our guests relax and simply enjoy themselves.

So please, dress comfortably and take advantage of the beautiful spring weather. Let May be your guide and showcase your true style through Earth's fabulous goodies - nature, sunshine and animals :) We aren't saying you should look like your going to a backyard barbecue but gowns and lots of black just won't be fitting for the event.

Be yourselves, get comfortable and enjoy the ride. We sure will :)

Welcome to our wedding site. Here you will find information about our big day as well as the meaning behind the decisions we made. This process has been very interesting so far! Besides being stressed out and aggravated, planning a wedding is actually fun. Danny and I are so excited to share it all with you, our closest friends and family. We love you all :)
